Am I eligible to join Eurmiles?
You must be 16 years of age or older, a resident of the United Kingdom and have a valid e-mail address and internet access to participate in the Eurmiles Rewards program.
Only individual accounts are allowed. One account may be used by each registered Member, and miles in one account cannot be combined with those in any other accounts to earn a Reward.
Does Eurmiles protect my privacy?
Yes, you can rely on us to protect your privacy. We will never share information about you without your permission. For more information, see our Privacy Policy. We do not endorse or use "spamming" e-mail tactics, and Members who misuse the Member Referral e-mail forwarding options on our site to send e-mails to people whom they don't know can suffer account cancellation (see Section 19. "Fraud, Violation of Terms & Conditions").
Eurmiles sends periodic promotional mail to its members to make them aware of ways they can earn miles. As a member, you agree to receive such messages. You can opt out at any time.
How does Eurmiles work?
When you enroll in Eurmiles you get almost a third of the way to earning a free airline ticket before you spend a penny of your own money. You'll get:
- a 2,000 mile enrollment bonus
- a 1,000 mile bonus for completing your profile
- up to 5,000 miles for referring your friends to the program
That's a total of 8,000 miles towards the 25,000 you'll need to fly free.
How do I earn more miles in Eurmiles?
In addition to the 8,000 free miles you can earn as part of the registration process, you’ll earn mileage awards whenever you
- Shop at a Eurmiles merchant
- Click to a Eurmiles ‘click and earn’ merchant website once per 24-hour period (apply up to 7,000 click miles towards a free ticket)
- Take advantage of ‘special offers’ from Eurmiles merchants (you can earn up to thousands of miles without spending a penny)
Do the miles I earn in Eurmiles expire?
At midnight on December 31, three years after the year when you earn Eurmiles miles, the mileage earned that year expires unless you redeem it for a travel award. For example, miles earned any time in the year 2000 expire on 31/12/2003 -- unless you redeem them for a free ticket before that date.
When will miles I earn appear in my account?
Your Enrollment Bonus and Profile miles will be credited to your account immediately. Referral miles will be credited to you when people you refer register.
We deposit Shopping and Special Offer miles as soon as we receive a report from a Eurmiles merchant. Please allow 14 days for mileage to appear in your account before you make an inquiry about it.
How does mileage get credited to my account? Can miles be debited?
Eurmiles will post mileage credits to Member accounts when it receives confirmation from a participating Merchant that the Member has: (a) made a purchase of qualifying goods or services from that Merchant; (b) clicked through to the Merchant's website when a "click and earn" offer is published; or, (c) taken advantage of a Merchant offer posted on the Eurmiles website. In every case, Members must comply fully with the respective Merchant's requirements for mileage eligibility. Such actions must be initiated by the Member from the Eurmiles website at www.EurMiles.com for mileage credits to be earned, except in the case of mileage credits earned from direct award by a merchant on the merchant's website or in the merchant's place of business.
Eurmiles posts mileage credits to Member accounts only upon notice from Merchants, and is not liable for Merchant failure to report such purchases. Miles earned by shopping are awarded on the basis of the cost of goods or services purchased, exclusive of tax, shipping or any other special charges. Miles earned by clicking through to participating Merchant websites will be credited only in accordance with the published requirements and restrictions. Previously-awarded Mileage credits are debited from your account when a merchant reports cancelled orders, unfilled orders, returned merchandise, etc., or when duplicate credits appear in member accounts.
Missing Mileage?
When you contact us, please be sure to use the same e-mail address you registered with at Eurmiles. That's the only way we can recognize your account, so if you write to us from a different address (and don't tell us the e-mail address associated with your account) we can't determine who you are or research your question.
Please wait 10-14 business days for mileage to post to your account before submitting a Missing Mileage Inquiry. When inquiring about missing miles, to expedite our research and get your miles faster, include a dated, email order confirmation you received from the merchant after your purchase. We suggest you retain all order confirmations until mileage has posted to your Eurmiles Rewards account.

I have other questions. How can I get an answer?
We welcome your questions, comments, and suggestions. Please click here to use our feedback form.
While we try to answer all inquiries within two to three days, some inquiries take longer or require us to get additional information from you. We appreciate your patience. Before submitting an inquiry, please read these suggestions about getting the most expedient reply.
Read the FAQs and our Terms & Conditions. Travel-related questions (airlines, redemption procedure, mileage chart, etc.) and other important information can be found in these areas. We recommend that you read these sections from time to time for changes.

How do I unsubscribe?
The easiest way to unsubscribe is to click on the unsubscribe link in the next mailing from flyfree@EurMiles.com and follow the instructions provided. We will process your deactivation request within 72 hours. If you receive another email from us after submitting a deactivation request, please delete it, because sending multiple deactivation requests delays the process.
Can I get a free ticket just by referring other people to Eurmiles, or just by clicking?
You'll get 5,000 miles if you refer 10 people who register with Eurmiles, using valid e-mail addresses (registrations with invalid addresses don't earn Referral Bonuses for members, and no more than 1 other person in your household can be referred). You'll earn 300 miles each for the first 9 people who register as a result of your referrals, and 2,300 miles for the tenth person who registers. Any attempt to earn mileage by direct enrollment of other people (as opposed to the people you refer joining the program themselves) will result in account termination and loss of mileage in the account.
Those 5,000 Referral Miles are in addition to the 2,000 mile enrollment bonus and the 1,000 mile Profile bonus -- a total of 8,000 miles. The rest of the miles you need for a free ticket can be earned by shopping at Eurmiles merchants, by clicking through to select Eurmiles merchant sites (you can redeem up to 7,000 miles you earn by clicking when you redeem your mileage for a free ticket) and by taking advantage of our merchants' Special Offers.
How many miles do I need for a free ticket?
Free Ticket Rewards for travel between any airport in the UK and any airport in the European Economic Area are issued when you have 25,000 miles in your account (but when you have 22,500 miles you can purchase the additional miles you need for 2 1/2 pence each, if you don't want to wait until you earn the rest). When you redeem your miles for a free ticket:
- give us 30 days notice before your departure date,
- accept a departure from an airport within 90 miles of your preferred departure airport if the fare from your preferred airport exceeds $300.00 and if a much lower fare (cheaper by 20%, or more) is available at the more distant airport, and
- include a Saturday-night stay-over in your travel plans, and
- be sure that at least 90 percent of the miles in your account have been there for 30 days or more.
If you want to redeem miles for:
- immediate travel (departing in less than 30 days), or
- a trip that does not include a Saturday night stay-over, or
- for travel within the European Economic Area when the lowest available fare between your origin and destination points requires travel on more than two flight segments each way, or
- for travel outside the European Economic Area
AND your ticket costs more than £250, we'll debit your account 25,000 miles and credit you in the amount of £250 for your ticket. If you have 50,000 or 75,000 miles, for example, we'll debit the appropriate number of miles and issue you a credit in the amount of £500 or £750.
Credits will only be issued in exchange for mileage debits in full 25,000-mile increments.
How do I redeem miles for my free ticket? (And once I get it, can I change it?)
Once you've earned the miles you need for a free round-trip ticket, just click on the 'Redeem' button and follow the simple instructions there. No less than 90 percent of the miles in your account at the time you claim a Reward must be at least 30 days old before a Reward can be issued. In other words, 22,500 miles must be at least 30 days old before you can redeem them for a reward (unless you choose to purchase up to 2500 miles - see "Can I buy some of the miles I need for a free ticket?" below).
Once your Reward ticket has been issued, any changes you might want to make to your destination, schedule, etc. are subject to whatever additional charges might be imposed by the airline you're ticketed to fly on.
Can I use my free ticket on any airline? At any time? To any place?
Yes you can, as long as no other airline offers a fare that's significantly lower. You pick the date, time and destination for your trip and our travel agent will work to get you what you want if it is available. At peak travel times, such as a few days around Christmas, some airlines may not make any leisure travel seats available to anyone, so in that case you'll have to settle for a different departure or return date, or a different airline. But so will everyone else who wants a leisure-fare seat.
If all available fares on comparable routings and service are about the same -- which is most often what happens -- our travel agent will give you a choice of airlines to fly. If not, your ticket will be issued on the airline with the lowest fare. See the Eurmiles Terms & Conditions for more information.
Can I give my free ticket to someone else? Can I get a refund on it?
Yes and no.
Free tickets can be issued in the name of anyone you specify at the time you redeem your miles for a Reward.
Reward tickets can’t be exchanged for their cash value.
Can I travel to Asia or anywhere else outside Europe?
You can, but if the flight costs more than £250, we will credit you with that amount and you pay the difference by credit card. Just make your arrangements through our travel agent.
What if I want to fly in Europe -- but I have to go right away?
If you have to fly somewhere on short notice and your ticket costs more than £250, we’ll credit your ticket purchase with that amount, and you can pay the difference with your credit card. Just make your arrangements through our travel agent.
What charges will I incur at the time I make my Eurmiles reservation?
Eurmiles pays the published fare for your trip, but various government entities want a few pounds more. You're responsible for Passenger Facility charges and any other local, state or federal government charges, and those fees and taxes must be paid by you at the time you order your ticket, and charged to your credit card. If airline surcharges have been imposed (but not published as part of the fare) those are also your responsibility.
Can I buy some of the miles I need for a free ticket?
Yes you can. Once you have 22,500 miles in your account you can buy the rest of the miles you need to redeem a Reward for two-and-a-half pence each. You’ll pay for them with your credit card at the time you make your reservation through our travel agent.
You'll earn a 2,000-mile Re-Start bonus when you redeem a Reward -- but those bonus miles are deposited after you reach the 25,000 mile level and redeem your Reward. You can't 'advance' them when you reach 23,000 miles, for example.
Can I “deposit” Eurmiles miles into my airline frequent flyer account?
The mileage you earn in Eurmiles can only be redeemed at Eurmiles. It isn’t convertible into airline frequent flyer miles -- but it also doesn’t come with the often highly-limited seating and blackout dates that airline miles do. And when you fly on your Eurmiles Reward ticket, you still get miles from the airline you’re flying if you’re enrolled in their program.
